08000521251 - how to stop calls

I keep getting nuisance calls from Virgin on 08000521251. I have answered and asked to be taken off the call list, then when it still persisted went on my account to disable marketing communications but still my phone is ringing with this number. Are you able to remove me from the call list properly? I am getting calls multiple times a week probably to change my package which I'm not interested in just now.

Thank you for your post and I am sorry you are still getting these calls, I know this must be annoying, you can remove yourself from marketing on your account here under account > preferences.

As mentioned in the original post I already turned off market preferences in my account but still receive the calls. Are you able to help further to help stop them?

We have direct access with our outbound marketing team here.

We can request you to be removed from all marketing if you wish?

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security, so I can get this actioned.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
