Hi how do you get to actually talk to someone at virgin media have tried multiple numbers but there is only ever one option and that is how to pay the bill after which you get cut off our landline has been out of action since it went digital now running into weeks virginmedia neglected to send an adapter to plug into the wifi hub and I cant find where to order one or a telephone number that actually connects to an actual person any help will ge greatly appreciated
