Porting landline number from BT

Hi All

Dear Support, i'd like to port over my BT landline telephone number.

Just to confirm, if the number still active with BT and if not, when did the number become out of service?

Hi @Carley_S Yes the number is still active along with their broadband.

Are BT also aware that you're looking to port the number out? This would mean that they are aware and have in place a disconnection of the service once the number port request has been actioned, so that the number port request is not rejected.

Okay, 

We can still request the port at our side in the meantime, but you'll need to inform BT that you're looking to move your landline services to us so they can action this on the account. If not, they may reject the number port request.
