I have the BT openreach phoneline hanging down across my back door and they will not come out to repair. Will VM help with this to secure the phoneline to my house?

Why would they if it's not their infrastructure?

BT should sort it.

No they don't (or should not) touch each other's infrastructure. Bit of a bizarre question to ask VM unless it was them that had damaged it to start, but then that should also go via BT for repair.

Who have you tried to contact, BT or Openreach?

BT won't be interested except for BT customers. Are you a BT customer for your phone line?

Openreach should remedy a cable trailing from a pole. Try them first

If it is a loose wire exclusively linked to/on your property they might not be that interested and you might need to get someone local to fix it for you (electrician, handyman etc.)

I should also add that 95% of Virgin infrastructure is underground. They are also only able to access ground & first floor rooms as the teams are not heights trained & only carry short ladders.
