5 weeks ago I stopped receiving incomings calls. After several fruitless conversations with the call centre, I was told my number had been changed in error. A fix was promised by 17 April. On 18 April I wrote a complaint letter. On 24 April I saw that a fault number had been raised the previous day. I am unable to call certain people because they will not recognize my phone number.
