Landline/ Incorrect Install

Good evening,

On my landline I cant recive inbound cals, just continues to ring, however outbound calls work. And the router has been installed at the wrong place inside the house, I would like it moved, the location I need it at already has a line and BT masketsocket.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline.

If your landline is via your router instead of the traditional wall socket, please can you reboot your router and let us know if that helps at all. Regarding the placement of the router, we can arrange for the router to be relocated but there will be a £25 call out charge for this to be done. Would you like to get this arranged?
