My land line phone is dead, display says 'Check Phone Line'. We were recently changed to wi-fi, but the broadband is working. Any ideas please?

I am sorry you're having some issues with your landline.
I've ran some tests on your line and there is a short term connectivity issue impacting your connection.
As your telephone line is connected to the hub, it could cause intermittent issues.
In the vast majority of cases, these types of issues are resolved after 24 hours.
If the issue isn't resolved in 24 hours, then do respond to my PM 📩 and I can take a closer look into the issue thereafter.
