My landline connected to my Virgin 3 hub is not working - can’t call out or receive anything - cuts straight to ansaphone.
Have a flashing red telephone light - my internet is not affected.
Did a check on any issues in the area and my hub - didn’t come up with anything untoward.
I did see they were working in the area yesterday though but nothing today.

It appears I was a bit hasty in saying Matthew of the Forum Team was going to be a solution to my problem. The length of time it takes to jump through all the security hoops and it takes for Matthew to answer. Been on over an hour still no further forward - surely there has to be a better way than this system 🤷🏼♂️
I admit I had forgotten my password which made it a little more lengthy.
