Fears realised dead hub has left us without telephone.

Our Hub died today. No lights at all. Tried ringing VM on 150 or 789 on my Virgin/O2 mobile and it did not work. Had to ring an 0345 number.

Eventually spoke to someone who agreed I needed a new hub. Apparently it will come next week so No TV No Broadband and no landline till it is fixed.

Too many eggs in one basket maybe.

No need to answer just venting my spleen, unless someone has a magic wand.

Nick

Thanks we got a replacement delivered the next day Friday but it failed to connect with network. Technician on Monday established that the cable to the green box was severed. Different technician spliced the broken cable on Tuesday. Can't say it was bad service. But a whole 4 days tethering our IPads for internet, luckily with Volt O2 doubled our data allowance.

Hi @Sappermajor, thank you for your post.

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused 😔

Is there anything else we can do to help you at this stage?

Regards,
