Digital switchover

Received an email this morning re the above. In it it states if you wish to switchover now phone this number which is just the usual virgin number. Get through but get nowhere, t,old wait for rollout...

    Hi, 

    I have also received this email and read the info online, I am happy to proceed with the switchover but can't get thru on the phone.

    Could you help me?
