Digital Switchover

I was upgraded to a new super hub late last year in order to switch over to "home phone service over fibre network" and recieved an e-mail saying the switch over would be on 22nd February 2024. Then before that date I received an other e-mail saying the switchover had been paused.

I see other people in this forum are requesting to be switched over so if possible I also would like to be switched over.
