Careline charges

Hello

I have a careline device installed at home , which i had plugged into my router along with my landline handset with the use of a micro filter . 
i have just looked at my bill for my landline & i have charges for each activation made. 

Can this be looked into asap, these call types should not be chargeable as far as i am aware . No voice calls were made at the times i have had charges added .

I really hope my services remain on while this is resolved .
