Cant make contact with Virgin to fix my landline
Can anyone help me. We have a virgin landline. My wife really relies on the landline as she is bedbound and has great difficulty using a mobile because of her problem. Our landline number is the only one our Dr, chemist, hospital and others have , so it is vital. It went on the blink before Christmas and it is NOT our equipment as we did all the tests and tried another phone but same problem. Cant phone out cant get calls and no dial tone. I spent over £12 waiting on their stupid automatic press this press that call system. Eventually got through to a human voice. He couldn't fix it said he will pass me on to a "level 2" person who can. Waited some more - got cur off. Happened again. I emailed the CEO office - twice; still waiting for a response. Spent another £8 pounds yesterday trying to get through. j gave up!
How can I get this sorted. Any help or advice most welcome.
