I would like to know why i am being charged £5.00 every month for extra charges Other charges & credits: £5.00

    I am so sorry to hear that you have been facing an unexpected charge on your bill, have you been able to view the bill breakdown via the PDF download? You can view this on your My Virgin Media account.
