Power levels not in spec and HUB 5 upgrade

i don't think my power levels are right and its causing bad lag in games. I currently have the hub 4 and my wifi is very weak and constant disconnects from most devices throughout the day. I cannot get above 780mbs on any speedtest and i am paying 1gb, how do i get a hub upgrade to hub 5 to help with download speeds and wifi improvement? thank you.

Yup because VM blame power levels too much as to the real cause

is somebody from virgin going to reply to this? t4 timeout on 3.1 upstream and 16 t3 timeouts... this is outrageous.
