Power levels not in spec and HUB 5 upgrade

i don't think my power levels are right and its causing bad lag in games. I currently have the hub 4 and my wifi is very weak and constant disconnects from most devices throughout the day. I cannot get above 780mbs on any speedtest and i am paying 1gb, how do i get a hub upgrade to hub 5 to help with download speeds and wifi improvement? thank you.

Your Downstream power levels are too high, (range -6 to +10) so they need lowered.  The BQM looks fine.

As for the Hub 4, run the FULL tests on this site and post the result.   www.samknows.com/realspeed

The 1GB tier is not sold as deliverable to a single device, so if you are downloading on a couple of devices, you will get the full 1GB.   As for Wifi, VM only guarantee 30Mb.  Also the Hub 4 and 5 are both the current devices for the 1GB tier, with all this in mind, you may not get the Hub 5.

I ran the full test and speeds are looking normal. How do i get my power levels fixed, do i need an engineer to come out or will i just need an attenuator? The hub 5 has better wifi, surely they would let me upgrade if i have wifi issues.

I highly doubt power level are your problems give BQM shows no packet loss

So..... engineer came and fitted a 6db attenuator and changed the hub 4 for the hub 5. At first it seemed ok for the first few hours, and now for the last couple of days it has become unplayable. pre+post RS errors in the thousands on every channel. Why do i have to go to this much effort to get my internet working properly. Online gaming is impossible, servers feel like im a full second behind enemies even with 17 ping (varies but that is the lowest i get) 

I have replugged in my netduma r3 and put the hub 5 in modem mode and it helps slightly but unbearable, i would definitely leave virgin media if there was any other broadband in my area, best i can get is BT 8-16mbs download.
