Hub 5x XBOX How to open the ports

I have the new 5x but been awful for XBOX online play & Nat issues. Looking at opening the ports but the options are not so clear. Has anyone done this with the 5X

    Post a screen shot of the Hub 5x Port Forwarding menu page.

    Also include the Reserved IP menu page.

    I've taken a look at our side and everything looks fine.

    What are you playing online and is it every game or just one this is happening with?

    I'm pretty sure you're not able to use port forwarding on a Virgin Media router. I tried to do it ages ago when me and some friends were playing Minecraft. It didn't work because there wasn't an option for it - I think it was a Hub 3 at the time. not sure if it's changed since then.
