I have a virginmedia.com email account as a secondary account, main is ntlworld.com this main account can be accessed via 'My Virginmedia' web page. I am setting up my phone to get my virginmedia.com emails, but all passwords I use are saying incorrect. The virginmedia.com email account is still active as I get emails into my outlook on my pc, but the password is hidden.
Previously I could log in to 'My Virginmedia' using my virginmedia.com account but now it just won't accept this email address. Late last year I changed my password to the new multi-word format which worked then.
How do I check/change my password on my virginmedia.com email account?

Thanks, If I try to login with my name@virginmedia.com email I get 'Sorry, you can’t change your sign in details to a @virginmedia.com email address, please choose a different email.'
further testing... on my work phone I downloaded an email app and have used this to get my name@virginmedia.com emails.... with the 'multi word' password.
So immediate issue has gone away.... however if I need to change the name@virginmedia.com email password how do I do that?

Your MyVirginmedia account now has to use a non Virginmedia email address
