virgin ntl email password

I've lost my virgin ntl world email password, where can i find it please?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    How to access via Webmail;
    Log in online - virg.in/myVM with the username and password for the online account. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the 'email' tab and you'll be directed to your mailbox.

    Via third party client;
    Firstly log in online - virg.in/myVM with the username and password for the online account. Click account settings. Click manage my Virgin Media email. Click generate app password. That password along with the email address is the one you'd use on a 3rd party client.
