unable to access blue yonder account

Yet again my emails are unaccessible I was using emails yesterday up until the afternoon when I suddenly had a pop up saying I needed to add my password to my email account. Im using the correct password and it just keeps coming up with an error message unable to verify user name and password is incorrect. ive tried going onto my virgin media account to change the password and im also unable to do that I keep get a message to verify its me add infinitum but no chance to edit either email or password this is now 24 hours and since im self employed very inconvenient can anyone help many thanks
