server unreachable email

i'm using a long standing ntlworld email address and for last 2 weeks it has been virtually unusable with sporadic server unreachable issues. estimating going unreachable every 2 or 3 minutes.

Are you able to access your mail box via webmail through My VM directly or are you having an issue here too?
