old NTLWorld email addresses still active a year after leaving Virgin

can anyone help?

I left Virgin over a year ago but my old NTLWorld email accounts are still active and now been used for hacking attempts on various platforms

how can I get them permanently deleted?

Just wait here for a VM Mod to assist.  I did this a couple of weeks ago and it was sorted out with no issues.

i managed to get someone at Virgin to resolve this for me so we’re all sorted now thanks
