hi I am getting spam emails quoting the password on id.virginmedia.com - not the virginmedia password that i use to sign in with. How can I change the id.virginmedia.com password to prevent this? The password reset options available seem to be for the main virginmedia password only, and require a second email address for logging in

looks like it might have worked, got a new app password anyway! lets see if it stops the spam / scam,

do I need to forward the emails to anyone at the team? The fact that they contained my old password was a bit worrying!
