my outlook app is not showing emails from thursday onwards,fine until then and they are still updating on the virgin portal,suggestions please !

Sorry to hear about the issues with your email on Outlook.

You can follow the steps to generate separate password for outlook and 3rd party client apps and make sure your email setting are all up to date too.

Hi still no good,I reset outlook and tried other email clients but still the same,I've redirected from the web based page to my Gmail account and that works plus I'm changing my blue yonder email website/shopping to my Gmail account too.

Sorry to hear this is the case @abbg057001 Can you confirm if you still get this issue when logging in here? Do you get this issue with a specific mailbox or multiple mailboxes? Have you got an auto-forward rule set up on your mailbox at all?

hi,its now selective emails i get through outlook but not all,its not a major problem but strange.
ive tried resetting etc.

Are the emails similar in anyway? Such as from the same site, or the same type of email like a verification email/one time code emails or from the same web mail provider at all?
