been with virgin for 29 years and always had a NTLWORD.COM address but late last year they told they were not accepting ntlworld anymore and i had give another email address.however i can still log onto my old account through office 365, now the fun part when i rang this morning about my b/band upload speed the indian girl said the outlook address didnit exist and that my old ntlworld was what she had on her computer .now usa might be having issue`s but whats going on

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email at the moment.

Ntl world email addresses are still active and supported by ourselves, we have asked for usernames for online accounts to be changed but you can still use any NTL world mailboxes but your online account username would need to be changed.

Have you been able to get your broadband issues looked into further?
