My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

I am asking for help and all get no help, As soon as I am out of contract I will leave Virgin after many years.

@Walter  The password requirements are:

Virgin Media's password policy is:
8 to 64 characters
can only contain alphanumerical characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) and the following additional characters !@#&*_
must contains at least one letter and numerical character

After re-reading this topic (and the mention of an ongoing private message above), was your first post on the topic meant to be a reply in a private message conversation but has been posted on here instead of to PM?

What is it that you are trying to do and what help do you need? There are plenty of people on the forum who can offer help or advice on many VM issues.
