i use outlook on my iMac to access mail. it is a blue yonder account.
A few days ago it stopped synching.
i now have to restart outlook tp send and receive mail.
Any ideas?

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the blueyonder E-Mail account on the Outlook application.
Have you attempted to remove the E-Mail account from Outlook, before then reinstating this to ensure that the E-Mail and application can then work in sync for you?
