Like many of you, I also have been unable to access my email for several days now because the server is timing out.
The fact that Virgin Media knows about this issue and CANNOT fix it, has the hallmark signs of a company that has been hacked at large scale and is deciding how to break the bad news to its customers....

Update: due to the email servers being down for so long, I have just turned up to an event I booked last week to find out it was cancelled several days ago. Virgin Media are wholly at fault here. Why can't they fix this issue?!

I have just been able to access email for the first time in..5 days? Can you please provide some information on what caused this?
