I have noticed all my emails in my inbox (accessed via outlook on my mobile) had disappeared, apart from those received after the 22nd September.
I have checked all of my other folders and can see all the inbox sub folders are fine with historic emails still there, and the bin/trash and sent email folders are fine too, showing all their historic emails too. However, my main inbox folder has lost all its emails, apart from those received after the 22nd September, and the Spam/Junk folder is completely empty (there were hundreds in there).
I have logged into my webmail account to see if all is fine there but the same issue is showing there too.
I didn't change any settings on webmail or on my mobile device so I am at a loss as to how this has happened.

Hi @dingbell77

Sorry to hear you are missing historic emails in your mailbox. We can understand your concern and we want to do our best to help. To best look into this, can you confirm if you get the same issue when logging in on other devices? Are you able to check here to see if the emails have been archived or forwarded? Please get back to us when you can so we can best help.

Hi Akua_A
Thank you for your reply.
I have checked my other device (iPad) and confirm the same issue is on that device, in addition to on my phone and in webmail.
