I can't seem to log on to my accounts through the normal virgin webpage. Has it changed in the last few days? I believe I have had the account hacked, I can't seem to change the password or even delete the account (not something I really want to do though). I can only access my virgin.net account through Bluemail and this is not allowing me to change the password or even to delete the account. Any suggestions how I can change the password? Many thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with your email.
You should be able to reset your email password through the forgotten password link here
If this has not worked, please let us know what error you see or what happens at your side when you try to change the password
