Virgin.Net E-Mail Hacked

Good Morning,  I have a couple of old Virgin.net emails that i was still using, One of them has been hacked and i have started to get Dating requests and other such rubbish, I have now lost control of the account and I'm unable to get into the account, would it be possible for you to delete the address so it can no longer be used for anything.
