Unable to change password

Tried to change password but keep failing 

rang virgin and they set up another email with password,does not work

totally frustrated

We're very sorry to hear about the issues you're having changing a password.

Please clarify for us, is this your My Virgin Media password for when you sign in?

If so, what error message do you get please?

It is the password change to get emails

everytime we go to change and pick a strong password it keeps refusing it making it impossible to change.Already been on webchat and long phone call where they have reset to a temp password but it won’t let us change.tried loads of different ones but to no avail.must be a problem at their end
