Unable to access ntlworld account

I have been using a secondary ntlworld email address for years and have never had trouble accessing them on my phone or logging into my virgin media. Recently I got a new mobile device and now sudden...

    ibrown1 Unfortunately if the security answers are not being recognised when trying to sign into the secondary My Virgin Media account then you will need asistance from the VM staff.  You can either wait for them to respond here in a day or so or phone the support number 03454541111 and select the option for technical issues with email..
