Unable to access emails followed all advice going around in circles

Unable to access email. followed advice about changing password etc still no access. Unable to contact anyone. Any idea when this will be resolved?

I am unable to access my email account. I have followed the instructions to reset my password.I have given an alternative email so that I can be contacted. Its now saying that my email does not exist. 

Any advice please unable to talk/chat to anyone at Virgin

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the email issue. From checking the system, we can see you did speak to an advisor yesterday who's talked you through everything and it does seem to be fixed. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
