Unable to access email on all devices and directly on virgin media webmail

I am unable to access email on any of my devices and also unable to access virgin media webmail. I keep getting the following error: "A temporary failure occurred during login. Please try again later."  Is anybody else having the same issue?  Can anybody from tech support advice on issue and/or when a resolve will be implemented?  Issue started this afternoon, until then have been able to receive and send emails.

Thank God,I thought it was me! Yes,I'm getting the same message via my virgin account and username or password incorrect via Gmail.

Yes, I've got the same problem. Started sometime between 12:30 and 14:00.

Thanks for letting me know.  At least I know I'm not alone, albeit not a good issue to have!!  Hopefully there will be resolve quickly...

Same for me, no webmail or access via outlook or on phone

Me too. I am on the phone to Virgin now.  But I have long periods of silence while I wait for them to look at something.

I suspect it's the same issue - they have amalgamated them all into one now, I think, ie all legacy email addresses (blueyonder, ntl etc) are all sited under virgin medial mail... Either way, "we are not alone" and appears to be a wider issue, again!
