On log on I have a message saying the account is locked and to follow three steps, I reset account password and app password but when trying to log in with the reset email password provided by virgin media helpdesk it just keeps taking me to the same locked message. They can’t help and referred it to tech support which apparently take 3-6 days. Any ideas how to get back up and running more quickly

Sorry to hear of the email issues yesterday. There was an issue accessing Webmail which should now be resolved.
