been trying desperately to migrate virgin.net to gmail & every attempt gets blocked by virgin...if no help tonight I'll loos it all....been trying to sort for last4 days & am desperate....please please help

I have made some alternative suggestions below
When you try to connect an app to your mailbox you will need to use an app password generated from within 'My VM' for the mailbox in question

seen posts saying I need some password for 3rd party access but havent a clue and no-one on main help staff/chat have told me this ...deletion date is tomorrow

I'm new so hope this gets through...desperate for help to move all virgin.net emails to gmail...tried lots but cant - get error messages/access denied by virgin etc...will loose everything tomorrow and despite long waits and chat & whats app cant get answers or help...please someone ....

Thanks again for your help....today is d day and I'm at work from 7.30 on split shifts thru to 9 tonight so hoping to goodness I can make good use now of the last few hours before midnight tonight ....whatever the outcome I'm truly grateful for you taking time to reply - my virgin.net is the email I've used since the 1990s and the contact for EVERYTHING.....totally exhausted from days of trying to move emails, sort emails etc and useless bots on any number of service provider sites as I've struggled to change contact/security there to something new...Thanks again - this whole situation may end up with creating a whole new life
