I have an old ntlworld email address I've been using for a looonnng time. Recently I had a cyber attack on lots of my accounts (passwords changed email addresses changed that sort of thing). Well my ntlworld email password stopped working and I am unable to change it as it does not show up anywhere now had it for around 15years. Is there any way I can get this attached to my current account and the password reset. I spoke to some one who asked for what date the bill was taken and how much it was for but as this is so long ago I have no idea and no way of finding that info. Is it possible to do this any other way. Thanks for any help with this

If the email is in the same name as your existing broadband account, it might be possible to attach it, but this is not guaranteed. Wait for a VM person to pick this up.

Hi there @Andyb72
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry you have received communications regarding an email deletion, but if you do have active services with us that are in the same name as the former account with the email still linked we can look to get this moved across via a Private Message.
I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the envelope at the top of your screen alerting you to a new message.
