When using my browser to access my email account F-Secure blocks "sign in to mail account" access warning "You shouldn't surf here"
By selecting the go back arrow it then takes me to the "sign in to Mail account" and allows access.
A search on Google for the website doesn't show up anything about this site.
Would appreciate assistance in solving this problem.

What URL are going to when access webmail?
Does the issue persist when going to https://mail2.virginmedia.com
FYI: xatreon.com is reported by several other vendors as being a source for malicious or malware activity, see VirusTotal - URL - 57864cfd002c086803acd76d5ef0c7a1ed3a8df7af9077f8d4d3f4a56399fcfd

Thank you for your response.
URL used is https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account
Does this make sense to you? Can I delete xatreon.com as F-Secure doesn't highlight anything in a full scan?

I am also experiencing problems with Outlook 2010. Since setting up a new Outlook email address (as was advised to access my Virgin account) I am denied access to Outlook with a message that xxxxx@outlook.com .ost is not compatible with this version of Microsoft Outlook. Contact your administrator. Phone call earlier to VM not helpful.
Can I resolve this by deleting the new email address and if so how do |I do this?
Thanks in advance!

It is still unclear how you are being direct to xatreon.com. In an Incognito / Private browser window can you try the following just before selecting the “go back” arrow:
Is xatreon.com shown in the history drop down list?
You mentioned deleting xatreon.com. From where would you delete it?
