Secondary email account forgotten password

I have just changed phones and my secondary virgin email account is asking for a password which I don't know.  I've spent 2 hours on the phone to virgin today who cannot help. Any suggestions please?  I really need this email account back ..

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues signing into your secondary email. 

    We can see you've contacted us already regarding this, can you confirm if this is still an issue?

    Are you able to sign into your account via a web browser okay?
