Secondary email account - cannot sign in

Just joined

I have an old Blueyonder email account that I need to retrieve emails from. The old password does not work anymore so I would like to change it. I have followed all on line assistance and still can't access or change pass word, I see from the Forum others are having similar problems and receiving little assistance from Virgin Media.

Is anyone able to help?

Is this email attached to a current Virginmedia broadband account?  If not it has probably been closed down.

Hey colingcp1,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account. As jpeg1 asked, is your email account attached to an active Virgin Media broadband account? Also, when was the last time that you logged into the mailbox? If you don't have an active broadband account, your email account will be closed down 90 days after your broadband account is closed.
