Secondary email access issues

Tuning in

Suddenly unable to receive emails on secondary email accounts.

Can't do anything from the primary account (although the secondary email addresses are listed there)

When trying to access the secondary accounts the passwords no longer work and when I click forgotten password I am being told they do not exist


Any solutions to resolve the situation ?

Welcome to the community forums 

Sorry to hear you're not able to access your secondary emails at this time. 

Each secondary email will require their own My Virgin Media log in.  Can you please try these steps below to create their separate log ins. 

1.Login to MyVM Account
2.Click the Account Settings tile
3.Next, Virgin Medial Mail Settings 
4.The next page will display a Red Button labelled Generate new App Password
5. You'll then be presented with an automatically generated password which can be used to sign in.
