Please help delete my blueyonder.co.uk email accounts

HELP  needed to change primary blueyonder email address.

I ony have on VM email address which is the primary address for my account, I need to change this and have tried to do so, I had a code sent to a different email address but it did not work and I am still stuck with the ancient blueyonder address, could someone kindy help, thank you.
