Hi,
My son raised this issue for me yesterday and was advised I'd need to submit my own enquiry as the account holder.
A couple of days ago my NTL World account stopped working and we can't see how to get it back. We think maybe my account was hacked and the password was changed, but when we tried to reset the password it says my email address isn't recognised. My son tried to follow the instructions to change the email settings but says the options listed don't appear.
Can you help me get my emails back? I've had the address for a long time and now I can't get into some of my sites because they send a code to the email and I can't get it.

I have moved your post to the forum thread where your son @dhaller originally raised this issue. That will keep it simpler for all concerned. 😉
I have also escalated this to the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) and one of them will contact you hopefully today or tomorrow. Hopefully they can help get this sorted for you.

It was myself that was helping your son.
I am happy to take a look at this with you as well.
First though I do need to ask a few security questions over a private message.
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
