Same problem. I got through to them and was on phone for 2 hours  Finally got reconnected to my emails and about an hour later I can't get into my account again. Same as first post, I have tried to reset and nothing is recognised . My wife's  account is the same. Two days of this and no solution from virgin. My wife was told a ticket has been raised to resolve it, but they said that 6 months ago and nobody got back to us. Honestly, why are we being constantly lied to by the "help" centre
