Having some real issues on fixing the sign in on my Fiancees account. Its a secondary under mine.
We changed the password a few months ago (even wrote it down) and now it won't take that password.
Tried all the usual attempts to get to reset the password but I cant get back to it from the main account, nor following any of the instructions on the forums can we reset the password.
Seem to have this issue every time on secondary accounts and could do with someone doing a manual reset.

Thanks for posting - sorry to hear you are having some difficulties logging in to a secondary email account.
It may be that there is an issue with how the account is set up for secondary authentification - every email account should be linked to a My VM account which has a non VM, Blueyonder, or NTLworld email address as the login.
