My virginmedia.com email has now stopped working and is asking me for a password. It is an old email and not linked to my account. I believe it could have been hacked as I was getting a few weird emails and now the password won’t work. As it is an old account I cannot log in to change the password. Can someone please help me to close this account down so no one can use it. Thank you
