Ntlworld Blocking our Domain @St-Antonys.com

Good morning,

We are a Catholic School in Manchester and Ntlworld seems to have started Blocking our Domain @St-Antonys.com we have parents using Ntlworld email accounts complaining they are not receiving emails from us how, do I get this rectified.

This has only started happening since Christmas

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Forums.

I'm sorry to hear that the emails being sent by the school, are not being received by parents. This would need to be discussed directly with our Web Security Team, and you can do this by heading to our NetReport site, here.

You will then need to select the following:

Abuse Type: Email Sending Errors
Abuse Form: Other

You will then need to enter some further information, such as the emails you are using the send these emails, and the issues. Please enter the best contact details for our team to discuss this further with you, if needed, such as your IT Support Team, etc.

The team will then investigate further and assist in allowing the emails to be received by customers on our email service.
