No access to Blueyonder email

I have 2 Blueyonder email adresses. One is working fine, but I cannot send or receive email using the other.  I am locked out of that email account. Virgin helpdesk unable to help and said they would get back within 3 days(!)

Password changed via Virgin helpdesk, but made no difference. When I send email I get message "Cannot send message using server blueyonder.co.uk. The SMTP connection failed."
