We are having problems with one of our four email accounts (an ntlworld account). At Virgin's behest we upgraded to the new version of Outlook.
We now cannot access any of our accounts through this as it appears Outlook does not support ntlworld/virginmedia accounts.
Does this mean that in order to use Outlook I need to create entirely new email accounts?
Can I resurrect Outlook 2013 (which worked fine!)?

VM has implemented changes to its email setup as per

If you are using Outlook as your email client you will need to generate an app password (section 'Setting your app password to use an Email app') and make sure Outlook is using the correct server settings (section 'Connecting your Email to a Client App')
